PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella holder by which a user can hold an umbrella to easily read news, a book, etc., without getting wet and harmed a bag allowing a hand occupied by holding the umbrella to be free when he/she sits on a bench in a tram of waiting for a person on a rainy day. SOLUTION: A magnet (1) is set inside the surface leather of a bag and a rectangular iron plate (2) outside putting the surface leather therebetween. A strap stopper (3) which can adjust fastening of a strap inserted through two holes in the plate (2) corresponding to thickness of an umbrella is used. The holder can securely holds an umbrella to prevent the bag from getting wet and harmed and enables a hand occupied by holding the umbrella to be free.
