PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pressed and rolled Sushi containing sea eel ingredient, in which each of Sushi rice, ingredient and roasted and seasoned laver can be eaten with relish, different from a conventional rolled sushi. SOLUTION: This pressed and rolled Sushi is obtained by combining a frame bottom 3 with a Sushi frame 2, packing Sushi rice 4 up to the middle level of the Sushi frame 2, laying sea eel ingredient 5 in the longitudinal direction of the central part, laying Sushi rice 4 thereon again, pressing the Sushi rice with a pressing lid 1 to remove the pressed sushi of sea eel ingredient 5 from the mold and rolling roasted and seasoned laver 6 around the pressed Sushi. |
