摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and stably oscillate a total oscillating body in a substantially uniform manner with a simple configuration when exciting the long oscillating body by a transducer on the excitation side. SOLUTION: A transducer 14 on the excitation side is connected to one end of a long oscillating plate 12 and a transducer 15 on the reception side is connected to the other end. A so-called Langevin transducer is used for the transducers 14 and 15, and a pair of ring-like piezoelectric elements 17a and 17b are provided. The transducer 14 is connected to an oscillator 22. The detection signal of a voltage sensor 25 to detect the oscillating condition on the reception side of the oscillating plate 12 is fed back to a control device 26 to control the oscillator 22. The control device 26 controls the oscillator 22 so that the phase difference between the excitation side and the reception side is in a predetermined range, and the reception side is oscillated with the predetermined amplitude or over.
