PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil filter reducing oil pressure on a filter flowing from an oil inflow port, reducing strength required in the filter element, hard to be effected with an oil amount and capable of keeping a stable performance. SOLUTION: A protector 40 is provided between the oil inflow ports 33 of a socket 31 and the filter element 10 housed in a case to receive the oil. The socket also has an oil outflow port 32 on the center and a plurality of the oil inflow ports 33 equipped around the oil outflow port 32. The protector 40 is a plate having an umbrella shape and has an inclined surface 43 guiding the inflow oil to the outer periphery of the filter element 10 and has an opening 45 flowing out the oil in the outer peripheral part. |
