PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partially heating device capable of precisely and uniformly heating a deep body temperature of the affected part to the temperature necessary for treatment, and also being used as an auxiliary tool for whole body thermotherapy. SOLUTION: A warm-keeping pad 10 to be fixed to the body surface of a patent is covered with an insulator 12 and is equipped with a tube 14 for passing warm water for heating to its inner peripheral part, a tube 16 for passing warm water for keeping body temperature to its outer peripheral part, and a deep body temperature sensor 20 in its central part. The warm water for heating and the warm water for keeping body temperature are temperature controlled in tanks 30 and 50 respectively, and are forcibly circulated to respective tubes of the warm-keeping pad 10 by circulation pumps 42 and 62. The warm water for heating is temperature controlled so that the deep body temperature at the affected part becomes a predetermined treatment temperature, and the warm water for keeping body temperature is controlled at the temperature the same as the rectum temperature. Also, when used as the auxiliary tool for whole body thermotherapy, the deep body temperature at the specific affected part is heated to the temperature 1 deg.C-2 deg.C higher than the deep body temperature of the whole body. By doing this, treatment time can be shortened, and treatment at the temperature lower than the body temperature of the whole body can be performed.
