PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating shoe which is equipped with a ventilating groove on the midsole and a vent above the heel part adjustable by a knob to ventilate by walking and equipped with a lid to prevent rain from invading in the heel part. SOLUTION: A ventilating groove passing from the heel part to the upper part is equipped on the midsole of this ventilating shoe. A vent is equipped above the heel part. An aperture adjusting knob is attached to the vent to prevent outdoor rain from invading the shoe, or a lid can be attached to one without the aperture adjusting knob. A highly permeable material such as nonwoven fabric is used for the insole to improve ventilation.
