The printing color management system (100) and the printing color management method are capable of creating a printed image closely similar in color to a target printed matter, while an image quality of the printed image is guaranteed. A printing section has a color stabilizing mechanism (140) for creating a plurality of color images to be created using a same machine plate with a constant color.
