PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter reducing the number of parts by integrally forming a conventional in-tank fuel filter and an internal space holding member, low in production cost by simplifying the number of parts and achieving lightweight as a whole. SOLUTION: In the filter comprising a filter medium forming at least two opposed surfaces, an internal space holding member forming an internal space surrounded by the filter medium and storing liquid and a connection member enabling the internal space to communicate with the outside to send the liquid in the internal space to the outside, the filter medium and the internal space holding member are integrally formed.
