PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a outer casing for a game machine friendly to the environment by protecting wood resources, saving resources and enabling recycle by reducing a weight and facilitating disassembly while using resin materials and setting a product strength in a degree sufficiently immune to total load during storage/transportation to the outer frame. SOLUTION: Among a plurality of face panels 11-15, each of left and right side face panels 12 and 13 and a back panel 11 is composed of a resin substrate 20 composed of a pair of confronted wall surface bodies 21 and 22 and a rib 23 coupling both the wall surface bodies 21 and 22. In the resin substrate 20, the rib 23 is located in the status immune to the load from the upside to the resin substrate 20, and the percentage of hollowness of the resin substrate 20 is set to 30 to 80% approximately. Besides, the left and right side face panels 12 and 13, the back panel 11 and upper face panel 14 or bottom panel 15 are easily and strongly coupled by fitting each of fitting pieces 201 and grooves 202 to be fitted, which are respectively combined while facing each other.
