PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable connecting part for an endo-therapy accessory insertion channel of an endoscope with a non-secured thin part which is adjacent to a secured part of the endo-therapy accessory insertion channel to a pipe for connecting a channel and is hardly distorted or degraded by repeated passages of the endo-therapy accessory. SOLUTION: The connecting part for the endo-therapy accessory insertion channel of the endoscope has tube securing members 15, 16, 17 to connect and secure a proximal end of the endo-therapy accessory insertion channel 3 made of a flexible tube, with the diameter of the proximal end widened into a tapered shape, to an end of a channel connecting pipe 14 which is made of a rigid pipe and is provided from the bottom part of an endo-therapy accessory insertion port 4 placed on the outer surface of an operational part 1 to the inside of the operational part 1 while bending smoothly. A thin part A which is a non-secured part adjacent to a part secured by the tube securing members 15, 16, 17 of the endo-therapy accessory insertion channel 3 and has the widened diameter due to the influence of the tube securing members 15, 16, 17 is surrounded by a flexible reinforcing tube material 20.
