A method is disclosed which allows the electrical characteristics of a microstrip line filter or the like to be reliably measured using a two-dimensional measuring jig, even if components thereof to be measured are small in size and are not discrete components. A first ground electrode is formed substantially over the entire bottom surface of a dielectric substrate (1), and resonator electrodes (11,12,13) are disposed on the top surface of the dielectric substrate (1). Input/output electrodes (21,23) are each connected to a first-stage resonator electrode (11) and a last-stage resonator electrode (13). Second ground electrodes (51) conductively connected to the first ground electrode are disposed beside each of the input/output electrodes (21,23).
