PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical manipulator apparatus for use with ease by an operating personnel. SOLUTION: The medical manipulator apparatus is utilized in an operating system comprising a first operating instrument to be inserted into the body of a patient to be operated on which is arranged at the leading end of the manipulator formed of a plurality of combined arms, a positioning means for setting up the position of the first operating instrument against the patient, a control means for adjusting the action of the positioning means and a second operating instrument which manipulates an affected area with its one end being inserted into the patient's body. The second operating instrument comprises two handles on its other end to be held by a user with one hand to be actuated and a manipulating means having a switch to output instructions for adjusting the action of the positioning means. The switch is arranged in a position so that the user can manipulate it with the thumb of the same hand holding the handle. |
