<p>A flange (4,4',4'') is arranged at the horn (2) or the US converter (3), at the place of a node (5, Fig.1B) of the ultrasonic waves, and with it the ultrasonic transmitter (1) is fixable at the ultrasonic welding appliance (9). The flange (4,4',4'') has such a length dimension (L2,L2',L2'') that in the flange if it can vibrate freely, forms stationary ultrasonic waves, which also have at least one node (10) or cycle. Drillings (7,8) are applied in the nodes (10), so that the ultrasonic transmitter (1) is fixed at an ultrasonic welding appliance (9) using screws.</p> |
