摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency for physical cleaning, chemical cleaning and replacement of a membrane filter by optimizing the flow rate for treatment according to the water quality and suppressing increase of the pressure difference between membranes, even the water quality of source water varies depending on the season. SOLUTION: The fluorescence intensity of source water 2 is measured by the use of fluorescence analyzer 9. Based on the measured results, a target value of the water volume to be filtered through the membrane is obtained according to the fluorescence intensity of source water 2 making a calculating device 5 for the target value of the water volume to be filtered through the membrane to perform the necessary calculation referring to the target-value/ source-water-fluorescence-intensity table 14. Based on the target value thereof, a flow-rate constant control unit 6 is made to control a flow-rate regulating unit 4, and a membrane module 10 is made to perform the membrane filter treatment of the source water 2 so that the volume of water to be treated by the membrane module 10 and the target value for the water volume to be filtered through the film are in agreement.
