PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate power by spinning a top. SOLUTION: An upper housing part 4 comprises a cover body 41, a circuit board 42, a magnetic material board 43, a winding coil 44 and an LED (light emitting diode) 45. A middle housing part 5 comprises a built-in plate 51, a magnet 52 and a bearing 53. When the middle housing part 5 is held by a hand and a string wound around a reel part 3 is pulled, while the upper housing part 4 and a bottom housing part 6 rotate together with a shaft 2, the middle housing part 5 does not rotate together with the shaft 2 and remains rest, making a magnet flux density penetrating the winding coil 44 provided on the upper housing part 4 change to induce electromotive force in the winding coil 44. The induced electromotive force is appropriately processed by a circuit provided on the circuit board 42 to be supplied to the LED 45. The power supplied from the circuit board 42 lights the LED 45.
