The charger incorporates an energy storage battery (1) on the cases of which are attached a series of solar panels (2) with the particularity of that the battery (1), by means of a conector (3), is connectable to the general electric supply or to the conector of an automobile vehicle lighter, in order to charge the battery in absence of solar light. A second connector (4) relates the battery (1) with the mobil phone for recharging the battery of the same at the expense of the cited battery (1). The optical signals (5), with different chromatism, indicate the conditions of charged battery, discharged battery and charging-in-progress battery. <IMAGE>
