PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookshelf with an advertising function which is given by equipped a space for advertising onto the front row of the bookshelf for magazines, etc., in a shop to sell books. SOLUTION: In this bookshelf with an advertising function having at least structure in which books are set up and arranged to make the covers visible, a plate shape advertising matter is provided which comprises a plate shape part which has height as about 0.2-0.5 times high as height of books arranged on the bookshelf and description for advertising on the cover and a hook part to detachably hand the plate shape advertising matter on the bookshelf.
