METHOD OF SOIL REMOVAL FOR STIRRING AND MIXING APPARATUS IN ROTATING TYPE ROUND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING RICE MALT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simple removal of soil on a stirring and mixing apparatus in a rotating type round apparatus for producing rice malt. SOLUTION: This method sprays water to the stirring and mixing apparatus 1-2 hr before taking out operation of the rice malt, to swell the soil and then carries out crushing of the rice malt in a rotating type round apparatus for producing rice malt set to carry out the stirring and mixing and crushing in taking out of the rice malt by the stirring and mixing apparatus.
