PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ice cream easily producible by manual operation without using a specific device such as a fruits feeder, enabling obtaining the peculiar flavor and moderate stimulation of a natural material such as ginger and favorably eatable even by a person who dislikes cow milk, and to provide a method for producing the ice cream. SOLUTION: This method for producing the ice cream comprises a process of mixing cow milk admixed with water extract from a desired natural material with raw cream while stirring them. The ice cream produced by the method is also provided.
