PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means effectively functioning for improving the poor oxygen state of soil quality through sending air to soil. SOLUTION: The soil improving method comprises discharging and pouring into soil water containing bubbles each with a diameter of <=20 micron produced under a pressure of at least 0.5 kgf/cm<2> through using for a transportation means such as a ship and a vehicle a nozzle having a contraction part on the lower position of a space where the bubbles are produced.
