<p>The present invention relates to a diagnostic composition comprising nucleic acid molecules which are capable of specifically hybridizing to the mRNAs of genes showing abnormal gene expression associated with leukemia, preferably AML, CML, ALL and CLL. The present invention also relates to the use of said nucleic acid molecules for diagnosis of further genetically defined leukemia subtypes or a disposition to a leukemia.</p>
