The time registration device is provided with a digital memory and a presentation display, together with devices for adjustment or input of time-related data for storage in the memory. It involves a feeding scheme for a baby. The data of the feeding scheme is grouped per day and is storable sequentially in the memory. The memory holds a sequence number for each feed out of the scheme. The device completes the feeding scheme with forgotten feeds by adjustment of the sequence numbers. It has an alarm function.
