A mobile robot (22) is propelled along a specific trajectory on the surface for painting the required visual representation on the surface. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) system for creating visual presentation; (2) computer-readable recorded medium storing program for creating visual presentation; and (3) use of mobile robot as free-roaming marking device for creating the visual presentation.
