<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expander for the lower body which is usable handily at home along with easier housing and carrying primarily aimed at the exercising and correction of the lower body, by simultaneously achieving sufficient pulling and correction of the lumbago for the prevention of a pain of the lumbago, the strengthening of muscular forces for leg and belly parts and the pressing of soles using combined forces of that in the lateral direction necessary for holding the waist of the lumber, and that in the longitudinal direction necessary for pulling generated with one action. SOLUTION: The expander for the lower body has a lumbar band 1 with corresponding fastening pieces 2 and 2, elastic string bands 7 inserted into the lumbar band 1 being woven thereinto and a sole patch 6 with insertion parts 3 and 3 for both feet thereon. The elastic string bands 7 are put onto the circumference of almost the rear half of the lumbar band 1, and link rings 7b respectively mounted on both extended ends 7a of the elastic string bands 7 are linked to upper end hooks 20a of length adjusting straps tied in a loop to side parts 6a and 6a of the sole patch 6.</p> |
