<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup cotton which is widely improved in skin touch feeling without harming fundamental characteristics of a conventional makeup puff or cotton such as moisture absorptivity, moisture retention, etc., without fluffing and manufactured at low cost in a simple process. SOLUTION: A softener containing any of hydrolyzed silk, sorbitol, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, and natural substances as the effective main component is impregnated in at least the surface layer of sheet-formed and degreased cotton.</p> |
