PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropipette and an injection apparatus able to adjust injecting amount of an injection liquid and a position sucking a nucleus. SOLUTION: This micropipette 1 has a tapered part 12a diverging to backward set on a predetermined position apart from the tip. The micropipette sucks sperm S into the micropipette 1 by locating an interface of a culture solution 6 in a small diameter part in the tapered part 12a of the micropipette 1 and then feeding a low pressure by the injection apparatus 2 to the air A in the micropipette 1. The interface of the culture solution 6 moves to a part having a large diameter in the tapered part 12a and stops at a predetermined position. Therefore, the position of the sperm S sucked into the micropipette 1 is adjustable only by adjusting the position of the interface of the culture solution 6 in the tapered part 12a of the micropipette 1.
