PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an watering unit of a negative pressure difference capable of applying various containers including the existing ones for housing a soil layer thereto. SOLUTION: This watering unit 10 of the negative pressure difference is composed of the following. A lidded container 11 as a first water storage part formed separately from a casing body 20 in which the soil layer 21 is housed and having a top part closed with a lid body 11a, a porous pipe 12 arranged above the lid body 11a of the lidded container 11, a bottomed container 13 as a second water storage part having an opened top 13a in a state at a higher level than that of the porous pipe 12 and the bottom part 13b housed in the interior of the lidded container 11, a first pipe 14 making the vicinity of the bottom 13b of the bottom container 13 communicate with one end of the porous pipe 12 and a second pipe 15 having the top communication with the other end of the porous pipe 12 and the lower end housed in the interior of the lidded container 11. |
