PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pest-repelling device ensuring pests to be repelled outdoors widely and surely even in the presence of wind. SOLUTION: This pest-repelling device is such that a hand-carrying type cylinder 1 includes a blower 1, a shield diffusive plate 5 and pest repellent holders 3 and 4; wherein both the shield diffusive plate 5 and the pest repellent holders 3 and 4 are located behind the blower 7, and the shield diffusive plate functions to regulate the level of air passing through the pest repellent holders 3 and 4.
