PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently heat up liquefied CO2 under charging with a device for charging the liquefied CO2 into the deep sea. SOLUTION: A large-diameter part 2 is formed in the upper part of a pipe 1 for charging the liquefied CO2 . The length (m) of the large-diameter part 2 is so set that the large-diameter part 2 exists at a relatively high point of the sea water temp., by which the time required for the liquefied CO2 under charging for passing the point of the high sea water temp. is prolonged. The liquefied CO2 under charging is thereby efficiently heated up and the freezing in the outlet part of the charging pipe is prevented. |
