<p>A tool for testing brazed or diffusion joints for tensile strength comprises a tool carrier with a gripping tang engaging the pin of a milling cutter and a tool included in the carrier and comprising a cylindrical stock with a hard conical tip. A casing engages the tang and has a port into which a casing rotating pin is inserted, a spring being disposed in the casing between the tang and a shoulder in the casing. The tool is mounted for adjustable sliding movement in a boring in the casing on an axis inclined, to but not bisecting the tang axis.</p> |
