The invention concerns an identification device (1), consisting of an identification loop formed by a male element (5) and a female element (6) which comprise each complementary mating means (10, 26) designed to co-operate mutually, the male element (5) including a male shank (8), while the female element (6) includes a hollow housing (9) wherein said male shank (8) is designed to be positioned and locked. The invention is characterized in that the end (16) of the male shank comprises a cutting plug (15), and a force transmitting element (27), said force transmitting element being arranged between the cutting plug (15) and the end of the male shank (8), which includes a central terminal hole (28).
