The pin for the watertight fixing of a balustrade support bar (13) onto a concrete slab (26) covered with watertight (29) and insulation (30) layers has a part (30a) of the watertight layers rising along the pin. A plinth rests on the upper face of the concrete (25) and a vertical tubular section (3) has its base (3a) fixed on the plinth. The section has a central recess corresponding to the section of the support bar. A cap (4) fixed on the top (3b) of the tubular section comprises a central opening (16) passed through by the lower part of the support bar. A sealing joint (24) is installed around the lower part of the support bar.
