The invention concerns a block (1) comprising a first housing (11), designed to be installed proximate to and outside a swimming pool (B) and containing at least a filtering pump (41), and a second housing (21), designed to be at least partly immersed in the pool (B) and containing at least a filter (25) connected to the pump (41). Some at least (C1, C2, ) of the ducts circulating water (E) between the pump (41), the filter (25) and/or the pool (B) are arranged each between an inner skin (14, 23a) and an outer skin (15, 16, 23b) of the body (12, 22) of at least one of the housings (11, 21).
