The picking up device is composed of a cover (1) as the upper element of the bag holder. A central element (2) inside the holder is the support for the constituent parts of the device. There are two side walls (3A,3B) fixed to the central element which form the container after bringing together the walls by the fingers. The casing is fitted with a double pressure catch (4) for opening and closing the walls by means of gears. In the holder is a pre-cut roll of bags (5). Each bag comprises an extensible gusset (51), a double faced adhesive band (52) for closing the bag after use and printed markers (53) on one of the wall for positioning the bags on the casing.
