The outer section (13c) of the reinforcing fabric (13) is located at a distance from the reinforcing layer (11) in the radial direction of the tire. The edge region of each outer side section (11a) of the reinforcing layer is located between the side section of the reinforcing layer and the outer section of the reinforcing fabric in the neutral bending zone (A-A) for the tire foot. - A tire contains a reinforcing layer (11) which is folded inside both tire feet and preferably comprises a single layer of metal wires or cords embedded in rubber or similar material. A reinforcing fabric is provided in both sides of the tire and extends up to a point where the maximum tire width (B-B) lies. The outer section of the reinforcing fabric on the outside of the wire core (12) is located at a distance from the reinforcing layer in the radial direction of the tire. The edge region of each outer side section of the reinforcing layer is located between the side section of the reinforcing layer and the outer section of the reinforcing fabric in the neutral bending zone for the tire foot. |
