<p>The invention relates to a regulating device (100) and a method for the automatic regulation of injectors (101) comprising a piezoelectric actuator, a switching valve, a lever element which is coupled to the switching valve, and a regulating element which is coupled to the actuator. The regulation is carried out by means of a precise adjustment of the distance between the actuator and the lever element. An injector (101) to be regulated is placed in the correct position in a measuring and regulating station, and is coupled to a pressure generating device by means of a high-pressure connection (110), and to an electrical signal generating device by means of an electrical connection device (111). The regulating element of the diesel injector (101) is rotated in such a way that the injector (101) is switched when the regulating element assumes a defined position. The actual values for the torque applied to the regulating element, the angular position of the regulating element, the excitement voltage applied to the actuator, and the pressure drop caused by the switching are detected and compared with pre-determined parameters. If all of the measuring values correspond to the pre-determined parameters, the diesel injector (101) has been correctly regulated.</p> |
