<p>Crystals of an oxidized glutathione n-hydrate (wherein n is an integer or fraction of 0 to smaller than 8) which are useful as a product such as a health food, medicine, or cosmetic or as a raw material or intermediate for the product, etc.; and a process for producing oxidized-glutathione crystals which is suitable for mass synthesis or industrialization, characterized by comprising the step of crystallizing an oxidized glutathione from a solution mixture of an aqueous solution of the oxidized glutathione with a water-miscible organic solvent.</p> |
