PURPOSE: An air conditioner for heating and cooling with waste heat recovery function is provided to reduce energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery part(10) is formed to recover and circulate indoor air introduced into an exhaust part(110) by opening and closing of a bypass damper(12) formed on the middle of an air conditioner(100) to an air supply part(120). A rotary type heat exchanger(20) is formed on one side of the waste heat recovery part between dampers(130,140) to spread over the air supply part and the exhaust part. The waster heat recovery part collects waste heat to the air supply part. The rotary type heat exchanger transmits remaining waste heat to outside air introduced from the outside. |
