CONCENTRATION ADJUSTER FOR RELEASING SOLUTION USING LOAD CELL

PURPOSE: Provided is a concentration adjuster for releasing solution using a load cell which is based on weight data to adjust the amount of the releasing solution so that it enables to adjust the concentration of the solution exactly. CONSTITUTION: In an equipment to adjust the concentration of the releasing solution wherein raw liquid, coolant(9) and steam(10) are mixed within a stirring bath(5), the concentration adjuster for the releasing solution using the load cell comprises the parts of: the load cell(21) which is placed under the stirring bath; a computer(24) which enters concentration condition of the releasing liquid; a PLC(23) which is connected to the computer to compare the entered value with the weight of the raw liquid from the load cell and calculate the amount of the coolant and the steam to be supplied; and a controller(22) which is based on numerical value from the PLC to adjust the amount of the coolant and the steam.
