<p>The invention relates to tumor-specific viral replication and/or expression using conditionally replicative viral vectors in which the expression of a gene product essential for viral replication is controlled by an H19 regulatory sequence. The invention provides such viral vectors, methods of making such vectors and methods of administering such vectors. The compositions and methods of the invention are useful in the treatment of cancer and hyperproliferative disorders.</p> |
