PURPOSE: An electrode structure is provided to smoothly remove foreign substances from the electrode through the use of a foreign substance removing jig. CONSTITUTION: An electrode plate(40) to be mounted at the bottom surface of an impregnation reservoir is made of a metal material. The electrode plate has a top surface on which a buffering layer having a cushioning function is formed. An electrode support is arranged beneath the buffering layer, and a plurality of electrodes(30) are protruded upward from the top surface of the electrode plate through the buffering layer and the electrode support. The electrodes are accommodated into insertion grooves(72) of a foreign substance removal jig(70), to thereby remove foreign substances(32) from the electrodes. |
