PURPOSE: A link apparatus of speed changing operating force for a manual transmission is provided to transmit operational force of a change gear to horizontal direction after being transmitted to vertical direction by a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A link apparatus of speed changing operating force for a manual transmission comprises first and second gear shifting bars(1,5); first and second selecting links(7,11); first and second shifting links(13,19); a shifting shaft(17) and a selecting rod(9). The first gear shifting bar connected to a gear shift lever is rotated by a selecting action of a driver and moved rectilinearly by a shifting action. The second gear shifting bar transmits speed changing operating force to the transmission. The first selecting link is combined with the first gear shifting bar and formed a rotating arm. The selecting rod is moved rectilinearly by being hinged to the rotating arm of the first selecting link. The second selecting link is installed to the second gear shifting bar and formed a rotating arm. The selecting rod is hinged to the rotating arm of the second selecting link. The first shifting link is connected to the first gear shifting bar though a ball joint(21). The shifting shaft is operated as a rotary shaft of the first shifting link because a bracket supports rotation. The second shifting link is connected to the shifting shaft and formed a rotating arm. The rotating arm of the second shifting link is connected to the second gear shifting bar by a ball joint(23). Thereby, operational force of the gear shift lever is transmitted horizontally after vertically.
