PURPOSE: A ground improvement-reinforcement system is provided to construct various buildings and structures safely by preventing ground subsidence. CONSTITUTION: The ground improvement-reinforcement system comprises: a ground excavation-improvement unit formed in a triple tube to place concrete hardener(60), cutting water and air to each passage simultaneously, and provided with a boring rod(10) attached with an excavation bit to be moved by a motor; a production-supply unit for concrete mortar provided with a vibrating screen(21) to separate cutting soil(101) top-dressed from the ground(100), a sand tank(22) to store the muddy water and the separated soil from the vibrating screen(21), a slurry tank(24) to separate the muddy water into soil and water, then to send the soil to a sand tank(22) and the water to a water tank(23), a screw conveyor(26) to feed the stored soil in the sand tank(22) to a mixer(25), a cement hardener supply unit(27) to supply the soil to cement hardener, a mixer(25) to mix soil and cement hardener in an appropriate stiffness, and a mortar tank(28) to feed concrete hardener(60) composed of cement hardener and soil to a boring rod(10) compulsively; and an auxiliary unit provided with a water compressor(30) connected with a water supply passage to supply high-pressure cutting water to a water spray nozzle, and an air compressor(40) connected with an air supply passage to supply high-pressure air.
