The invention's substance is the method of preparation of a waterproof casing along the building's whole perimeter; the casing is made from waterproof film, with its upper edge attached above the projected maximum level of flood water and its lower edge fixed in a horizontal plastic or other waterproof profile along the building's whole perimeter at its lowest point, i.e. the walling foot. Film ends are connected water-tightly in a vertical profile. The film protects windows and doors, covered with anti-pressure boards.
