PURPOSE: A circuit structure for transmitting signal, and an electronic device including the circuit are provided to transmit a signal from first equipment of limited state which is operated at a first clock rate to second equipment of limited state which is operated at a second clock rate. CONSTITUTION: The signal from the first equipment of limited state(1) is given to the second equipment of limited state(2) through a non-synchronous storage device(3) and a synchronous storage means(4) connected thereto, and a reset signal is then given from the second equipment(2) to the non-synchronous storage device(3).
