PURPOSE: A method for managing resources by on-line and a system for managing the resources are provided to maximize a floating commodity sale which is varied day by day and to minimize a load of stocks through a logical calculation of a floating management commodity distribution. CONSTITUTION: A database server(301) integrally manages all data. A file server(302) stores various kinds of documents, images, mails, and designed drawings. A TCP/IP Ethernet(303) is connected to a LAN in accordance with a TCP/IP communication protocol and connects a server, a terminal, and so on. A switch hub(304) is used for improving performance and connecting hubs in the case that high capacity of data and many users exist. A hub(305) is a place for collecting data from at least one direction. A router(306) controls data flow and constitutes many sub networks. A wireless network(307) executes a communication through an air wave by wireless. An Internet private line(308) is connected to an Internet service company. A PDA terminal(309) transmits and receives data to a server through a wireless network. A PC terminal(310) transmits and receives data to a server through an Internet network. A POS(Point Of Sale) terminal(311) transmits and receives data to a server, reads a bar code for selling a commodity in a store, calculates a price of the commodity, and issues a receipt. A notebook(312) transmits and receives data to a database server.
