METHOD OF MANUFACTURING OF EXTRACT FROM MYCELIA OF SCHIZOPHYLLUM COMMUNE

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing of an extract from mycelia of Schizophyllum commune which contains abundant biologically active materia, thereby mass-producing Schizophyllum commune and its extracts. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing of an extract from mycelia of Schizophyllum commune comprises the steps of: germinating spores from the fruit body of Schizophyllum commune to obtain mycelia; culturing the mycelia under optimum cultivation conditions; separating the cultured mycelia; centrifuging the separated mycelia then extracting them in hot water; and freeze-drying an extract and pulverizing it.
