<p>The invention concerns a device, characterized in that the rethermalization circuit of mixed zones (M) is filled with thermal oil and comprises a vertical distributor (30), whereof the upper part is provided with a recovery reservoir (34) and the lower part is associated with electric heating means (37), while the cold storage circuit (24f, 24m) is filled with an aqueous mixture of glycol or the like, and comprises a reserve (20), arranged in the upper compartment (A) and containing the evaporator (22) of a refrigerating installation (23), said reserve (20) communicating with the circuit feeding the cold networks (14, 14a, 14r) supplying the mixed zone, through a circuit (24m) provided with an electromagnetic cut-off valve (27) which closes during the rethermalization phase, under the control of a regulating and controlling unit (28).</p> |
