PURPOSE: Provided is an absorbent pad for excretions of infants and women which is improved in absorbency and wear feeling. CONSTITUTION: The absorbent pad comprises: a top sheet(10) with several holes(22) on the surface; a bottom sheet containing a absorbent part; and a contact member(20) with a contact area(21). The top sheet is formed with contact part comprised of many protrusions. The contact member is characterized by folding in multiple stages.
