PURPOSE: Provided are a composition containing solubilized ibuprofen, a pharmaceutical preparation containing it as an active ingredient and a manufacturing method thereof. Therefore, the manufactured composition has increased solubility and faster elution rate and consequently provides high pharmaceutical potencies. CONSTITUTION: The composition of a diffusion tablet containing a solubilized ibuprofen is prepared through the steps of: preparing a co-precipitate of ibuprofen by dissolving 10-80 wt.% of ibuprofen and 1.0-20 wt.% of polyvinyl pyrrolidone in 20-85 wt.% of alcoholic selected from the group consisting of ethanol and isopropanol or an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of acetone, methylene chloride, chloroform, ether, propylene glycol and glycerine and drying the solution; and mixing 10-90 wt.% of the co-precipitate with 1.0-20.0 wt.% of a sweetener, 1.0-60.0 wt.% of an excipient, 1.0-30 wt.% of a binder, 0.1-5.0 wt.% of a lubricant, and 0.1-25 wt.% of a disintegrator.
